Quick and Easy Breakfast Quiche

Looking for a quick and filling breakfast with only a few ingredients? Here is one for you!
What you will need:
1- 9x13 Pyrex Dish (spray with Pam Cooking Oil)
6 Eggs
3 Cups Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
4 Cups Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
1 pkg Real Bacon Bits (or any topping you would prefer)
Preheat Oven to 350

Tear Bread Into Quarters

Line the Bottom of Dish With the Quartered Bread

Top Bread With Shredded Cheese and Bacon

My family prefers bacon but, you can add other ingredients you would like. Sausage, mushrooms, ground beef, onion, peppers, etc.
Whisk Eggs, Milk and Salt
Pour Whisked Eggs on Top of Bread
Cover With Foil

Place in the oven covered for 30 mins. Uncover and bake another 15-20 minutes until the center is set.
Let Cool 10 Mins Then Cut and Enjoy!
