Quick Pickled Cucumbers
Crunchy and flavorful quick pickled cucumbers — ready in just a few hours! No cooking required. Just mix everything in one container and let it chill in the fridge. This easy recipe is perfect for summer meals or BBQ sides.

Supplies
Ingredients:
• 600 g cucumbers
• 1 onion
• 4–5 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp grainy mustard
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• ½ tsp coriander
• Optional: turmeric, allspice, black pepper
Slice cucumbers into rounds and place in a container with a lid. Add all ingredients, mix well, and refrigerate for 2–3 hours. That’s it! Crisp, tangy, and super easy!
