Eggs are a useful source of protein, iodine, essential vitamins and is a very versatile ingredient.
These baked eggs are very easy and quick to make. It is a yummy and nutritious breakfast, but can be prepared anytime as a light lunch, snack or whenever you feel like it!

Ingredients

You will need :
. Eggs
. Salt
. Pepper
. Dried Chilli Flakes (optional)
. A tiny bit of butter/oil/cooking spray (for greasing)
You can use any kind of spice/herb/seasonings that you like such as parsley, garlic seasoning, chives or even some shredded cheese.

Pre-heat Oven
Preheat the oven to about 350 F.
Preparing the Eggs

Firstly, lightly grease a muffin/cupcake pan with a tiny bit of butter/oil/cooking spray.
Gently crack the eggs into the tins.
Sprinkle some salt to taste, pepper and red chilli flakes over the eggs or your choice of seasoning.

Into the Oven

Next, place the muffin/cupcake pan into the pre-heated oven.
Let it bake for about 10-15 minutes depending on how you like your eggs; shorter time if you like your yolk runny.

When the eggs are done, carefully remove the muffin/cupcake pan from the oven.
Allow to cool slightly before removing them gently using a fork/spoon.
Serve them with buttered toast or your favourite vegetable/fruit for a healthy kick.
