Quad Blasters

PXL_20220928_035950853.jpg

This project is mostly an exercise in gluing PLA parts together with CA glue. That and patience. Printing the parts is by far the most time-consuming part of this build. I would recommend printing one build plate worth of parts per day and giving yourself 8-11 days per blaster.

Remember when gluing the pieces together with CA Glue that you should only apply glue to one side of the joint. Choose the smaller side if there is an overlap.

Remember to dry fit (assemble without glue) each joint before gluing.

Note: Scale the "pegs" up to 103% scale for a snug fit (as of 2022-09-26).

  1. Download STL files from Printables
  2. Print the files appropriate for your printer (if the full-size doesn't fit on your print bed, use the split files)
  3. Change color
  4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 until you have all the parts shown above (per blaster)
