This design lets you fidget one handed and make it easier to spin. All you need to do is push the slider up and down and the unique threads will do the rest. There is a ratchet connecting the threads to the spinner, because once the slider reaches the bottom of the shaft (threads) you will need to reverse the direction the shaft is going, so unless you want the spinner to stop and reverse every time you reach the end of the shaft, you need a ratchet. This design is quite complicated for a fidget spinner but the benefits are well worth it. You use your own fidget spinner or with my Tri-Spinner. Note: The only thing I didn't design is the threads (shaft) www.thingiverse.com/thing:731086 .
