Pumpkin Wedges & Pumpkin Chips Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Hokkaido pumpkin
a few spoons oil
salt, pepper, paprika & oregano
Preparation
Peel the pumpkin and put the peels in a bowl. Add a few spoons oil and scatter salt, pepper, paprika & oregano to it. Mix it and place it on baking paper. Cut the pumpkin in wedges and put them in a bowl. Add a few spoons oil and scatter salt, pepper & paprika to it. Cover the bowl with a lid and shake it. Place the wedges on a plate and put everything in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air.
Finish
The pumpkin chips needs about 35 minutes in the oven. The wedges needs about 45 minutes in the oven. After that it´s time to enjoy. Look at my other work.
