Fluffy and light Pumpkin Waffles.

Ingredients:
1 Cup - Krusteaz Waffle Mix
1 Cup - Pillsbury "Quick Bread" Pumpkin Bread Mix
3 Tbsp - Canola Oil
3/4 Cup - Water
1 - Egg
Non-stick spray (for waffle maker).

In a large bowl, simply join all ingredients.
Beat / Mix ingredients with a whisk until mostly smooth.
You will not have to get all of the lumps out, but be careful to mix in all pockets of dry ingredients.

Spray non-stick cooking spray on pre-heated waffle maker's griddle plates.
Scoop the batter into the waffle maker, the amount will depend upon the size of your waffle maker.
Cook 3-5 minutes or until most of the steam stops spilling out the sides of the maker.

Carefully remove the cooked waffles with a fork and Enjoy!

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees and place your waffles on a heat safe plate inside until ready to serve.
