If you are looking for a drink that has the perfect mix of fall and halloween, then I have the perfect craft for you. These pumpkin spice latte bombs are easy and not time consuming to make, which makes them perfect for last minute party plans and even just an activity to do with your family.

Not only are they super simple to make, you can also add alternatives to the recipe to make it vegan or gluten-free. In the list of supplies below, I will list the materials I used and other options for vegans.

Supplies

The Supplies I Used

☞ 1 cup of Hershey's Chipits Butterscotch Chips

☞ 3 packs of Nescafe Gold Toffee Nut

☞ Vanilla Toffee Caramel Creamer

☞ 1/2 teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice

☞ Pumpkin Silicone Mold

Vegan Alternatives

☞ 1 cup of Homemade Butterscotch Chips (Vegan Butterscotch Chips Recipe)

☞ 3 packs of Starbucks Via Instant Pumpkin Spice Latte

☞ Non Dairy Coffee Creamer (Soy Milk, Almond Milk Creamer)

Melt Chocolate

For the first step, take out a microwaveable bowl and fill it with one cup of butterscotch chocolate. Then you want to microwave it for 1 minute in the microwave or until it melts into a smooth and creamy texture. After you take it out of the microwave, you may want to use a spoon to stir the butterscotch chocolate chips into one big thick lump.

Transfer Into the Silicone Mold

For the second step, take your melted chocolate while it's still warm and transfer it into the halloween silicone mold with a spoon. Remember to spread the butterscotch chocolate evenly and on the sides as well. After you are finished spreading the butterscotch chocolate, then put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. 1 cup of chocolate makes three pumpkin spice latte bombs.

𝕬𝖋𝖙𝖊𝖗 Յօ 𝖒𝖎𝖓𝖚𝖙𝖊𝖘.....

Once the chocolate is completely frozen, you should check the sides to make sure it's not too thin or else when, you take the chocolate out of the mold they may crack. If they are spread too thin, then I recommend melting a 1/2 cup of butterscotch chocolate and adding that to secure the sides. If they are not spread too thin, then slowly take the chocolate out of the mold to ensure the chocolate doesn't break!

Add Instant Coffee Packets & Pumpkin Pie Spice

For the third step, add one instant coffee packet and 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice in 3 out of the 6 molded chocolate. This is important because you're going to use the other 3 molded chocolate as a cover which gives it the "bomb" shape. The instant coffee I used is Nescafe Gold Toffee Nut, but for vegan alternatives, I would recommend the Starbucks Via Instant Pumpkin Spice Latte.

𝕸𝖚𝖑𝖙𝖎𝖕𝖑𝖊 𝕺𝖕𝖙𝖎𝖔𝖓𝖘!

You don't have to use either options of instant coffee in the texts above. You can use any flavour of coffee as long as it's in instant form or powder form, therefore the "bomb" would have a bigger and better effect.

Add the Two Sides Together (3 Methods)

𝕻𝖑𝖆𝖙𝖊 𝕸𝖊𝖙𝖍𝖔𝖉.....

Boil 1/4 cup of hot water, and rinse the plate with the boiled hot water. Take the three molded chocolate and press the inside on top of the plate so it only melts the inner lining. Once it is slightly melted take the other three molded chocolate that contain the coffee and the pumpkin spice, then connect all the molded chocolate by the inner linings.

𝕻𝖆𝖓 𝕸𝖊𝖙𝖍𝖔𝖉.....

Heat the pan at low temperature, and put the inner lining of the molded chocolate onto the pan, as indicated in the picture above. Once it is slightly melted take the other three chocolate molds that contain the coffee and the pumpkin spice, then connect all the molded chocolate by the inner linings.

𝕮𝖍𝖔𝖈𝖔𝖑𝖆𝖙𝖊 𝕸𝖊𝖙𝖍𝖔𝖉.....

Melt 1/4 cup of butterscotch chocolate for 30 seconds in the microwave or until melted. Spread the melted butterscotch chocolate on the inner lining of the molded chocolate, then connect all the molded chocolate by the inner linings. If you use this method, you would have to refrigerate the "bomb" for 10 minutes.

Prepare Your Cup

𝕬𝖉𝖉 𝕳𝖔𝖙 𝖂𝖆𝖙𝖊𝖗 𝖆𝖓𝖉 𝕮𝖗𝖊𝖆𝖒𝖊𝖗 𝖙𝖔 𝖄𝖔𝖚𝖗 𝕮𝖚𝖕𝖘.....

For my coffee, I typically add 150 millimetres of hot water and 1/4 cups of creamer for a strong flavour. You can add any amount of creamer or hot water depending on how you like your coffee! Or you can check the recommended amount of hot water you should add on your coffee package. Remember the water should be boiling hot, therefore the pumpkin spice latte bomb can melt better and faster!

Enjoy!

𝕰𝖓𝖏𝖔𝖞 𝖄𝖔𝖚𝖗 𝕻𝖚𝖒𝖕𝖐𝖎𝖓 𝕾𝖕𝖎𝖈𝖊 𝕷𝖆𝖙𝖙𝖊.....

Drop your pumpkin spice latte bomb in your mix of creamer and hot water then stir. I hope you enjoyed this recipe as much as I did making them! The drink is absolutely amazing and gives you a good quality of flavour for a more affordable price. It's sweet just like how fall should be♥︎
