Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino
Easily make a Pumpkin Spice flavored Frappuccino at home! No need to wait for the season to come around at Starbucks. This frappe does not have pumpkin in it; if you want real pumpkin in your drink, try out this recipe I made a few years ago.

Supplies
This recipe is a single serving and makes about 16oz (Grande size from Starbucks).
Ingredients:
- 2c Ice
- 1/2c Whole Milk
- 1/4c Coffee
- 3 or 4 Tbsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 3 Tbsp Simple syrup
- Pumpkin Pie Spice - for sprinkling on top, it adds a nice aroma when you take a sip - you can also make your own pumpkin pie spice or just use cinnamon
- Pinch of Xantham Gum (optional)
- Whipped topping
Optionally, you can add 1/2 - 1Tbsp of Cinnamon Syrup. Just for a little something different. This syrup is very strong, don't use more than 1Tbsp.
Utensils:
- Blender
- Ice cube trays
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Cups for serving
- Reusable Straws or Orange Striped Paper Straws
Blend and Add Topping
Throw all of your ingredients in the blender and blend until the ice is completely crushed.
If you use more coffee, go with a little more of the syrup. If you use less coffee, stick with 3 tablespoons. It seems like this flavoring is kind of subtle so the coffee can overpower it.
Assemble it any way you want, but I went simply with whipped topping and a dusting of pumpkin pie spice.
