Pumpkin Meat Loaf

This instructable was inspired by the instructable's pumpkin contest. I modified our family's favorite meatloaf recipe and The Pumpkin Meat Loaf was created! Now we have two favorite meatloaf recipes. Follow through and let's make some meatloaf!

Ingredients

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds Hamburger
1 Cup Corn flakes (you can substitute bread crumbs if you like)
1 Cup Libby's Pumpkin Pie mix
1 Beaten egg
1 Cup diced onion
1 Cup diced celery
1/2 Cup carrots
1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
French's Classic yellow mustard optional

Utensils:

Bowls, loaf pan, large spoon, and measuring cups.

Combine Ingredients

Pre-heat oven 350 degrees F and Combine ingredients:

Hamburger, egg, onion, celery, Parmesan cheese, Carrots, pumpkin, and Corn flakes.
Mix thoroughly.
Lightly oil the loaf pan.

Shape Loaf

Shape the ball into the loaf pan.

Bake and Serve

Bake in the oven for one hour, ( We like it well done).
Add mustard if desired.

My family really enjoyed this recipe and we all agreed that the mustard set it off!
