Pumpkin Chocolate-chip Cookies

Everybody loves chocolate chip cookies, this recipe takes it up another notch. These cookies are delicious!
Ingredients and Supplies Needed

3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup butter or margerine
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 can pumpkin (15 oz)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 package (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 mixing bowls, measuring spoons, measuring cups, mixer and mixing spoons, cookie sheet. pot holder.

Pre-heat Oven

pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and coat the cookie sheet with non-stick vegetable spray or shortening.
Blending Flour Mixture

mix together the flour, baking soda, salt and pumpkin pie spice in one of the mixing bowls.
Blending the Wet Ingredients

In the other bowl, mix together the pumpkin, eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and butter.
Blend Pumpkin Mixture With Flour Mixture





pour the pumpkin mixture into the flour mixture and blend well. When you get it all mixed together, add the chocolate chips. Blend well.
Baking the Cookies



Arrange the cookie dough by spoonfuls on the cookie sheet as shown. You will be able to get 13 cookies in each batch. This is known as a "Bakers dozen". Bake for 12-14 minutes. Makes 3 batches or 39 cookies.
