Pumpkin Bread, Ice Cream Sandwich

This is an Ice cream sandwich I made up pretty quickly, and on the spot, but it turned out to be an

incredibly tasty sandwich, and definitely my favorite. It is made up of pumpkin bread, french

vanilla ice cream (or just regular vanilla), and bananas. At first, I wanted to put in cheesecake instead of

ice cream, but after thinking about it, it didn't sound very pleasant, because, in my first idea I wanted to put

the ice cream on top of the sandwich, I decided that I would get rid of the cheesecake filling and replace it

with the ice cream, which did a wonderful job.

You going to want to get all of the supplies listed, for pumpkin bread you can either make it or buy it.

You'll probably only need half of the banana, but I like to keep it for more decoration on the side.

It is better to let the ice cream sit for a few minutes so then you can spread it to better handle the sandwich.

I just add the bananas to add a little more flavor and texture.

Now all you have to do is finish the sandwich and decorate it with your spare bananas if you choose to.
