Pumpkin Based Vegetarian Pizza
前言
偶尔想快速准备一份晚餐,皮萨当然是我的首选了!
也许吃惯了以番茄酱做饼基的皮萨,此时不妨来个南瓜口味。
Introduction:
How about a pumpkin based pizza? After all, we have tried mainly the tomato based counterparts.
It is going to be a very promising taste. Since pumpkin comes with natural sweetness, little effort is needed to season it.
材料(两人份)
- 1/4粒南瓜
- 罐装黑橄榄
- 洋葱
- 蘑菇
- 青椒
- 茄子
- 马苏里拉乳酪
- 帕马森乳酪
- 面团 (可以使用现成的)
- 意大利香草
- 橄榄油
Ingredients (2 servings):
- A quarter pumpkin
- Black Olives (in can)
- Onion (yellow skin)
- Button Mushroom
- Capsicum
- Brinjal
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- Dough (you may use ready-made dough)
- Italian Herbs
- Olive Oil
Prepare the Pumpkin Base 准备南瓜饼底
做法:
将已切成四分一的南瓜洗净,不必去皮,切成小块,然后水蒸15至20分钟。 当南瓜蒸到软化后,用汤匙把瓜肉和皮分开,将皮丢弃,瓜肉放入碗中均匀按压成酱状,加入少许盐及橄榄油调味。
Instructions:
Wash the pumpkin, do not peel, cut it into small pieces, then steamed for 15-20 minutes.
When it is soften, separate the flesh and the skin with a spoon, discard the skin, evenly squash the flesh into paste, add some salt and olive oil as seasoning.
Prepare the Dough 准备面团
其实没什么好准备的,为了快,我就直接用现成的面团。一般面团都可以在超市买到。
撒一些意大利香草在面团背面,烘焙时就会特别香啦!
Ha! Nothing much to prepare as I bought the ready-made dough from a grocery shop. Just remember to sprinkle some Italian herbs on the back of the dough, this will give it a nice scent when it is baked.
Prepare the Ingredients 准备主要材料
将主要材料都切成小片,如图所示。
Prepare all the main ingredients as shown in picture. Slice them into small pieces.
Get Ready to Bake in the Oven 准备烘焙
在面团上涂上一层之前备好的南瓜酱,铺上主要材料,再在最上层撒上马苏里拉乳酪。
放入烤炉,以230摄氏烘15-20分钟即可。
Spread a thin layer of the pumpkin paste onto the dough as the base, then sprinkle all the main ingredients on the base, finish it with Mozzarella cheese as topping.
Put it into oven, with 230 degree Celsius, for 15 to 20 minutes.
Ready to Serve 开动了!
烘好后,将皮萨取出,撒上帕马森乳酪。南瓜素食皮萨完成啦!
Once properly baked, bring the pizza out of the oven, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese, and it is ready to serve! Yummy!
