Pumpkin Banana Bread
Hmm, let's see, I have a little bit of left over pumpkin and one over ripe banana, what to do? Ahh, pumpkin banana bread sounds like it might work. Turns out it worked very well!
Ingredient List
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup pumpkin
1 over ripe banana
1/4 cup milk
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
dash of nutmeg
dash of cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon
9"x5" loaf pan

Get Creamed
Cream together butter and sugar until well mixed
Then add eggs and mix well

Putting in the Good Stuff
Add the pumpkin and banana
Over ripe banana's break up pretty easily so I just used a spoon, small bits of banana are okay but you can use a mixer if you prefer a smoother batter.

Finishing It Up
Now mix in the milk
Stir in the flour and baking soda and mix well.
Add vanilla, nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon and mix well.

Oven Ready
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
