Pull Down Rope

Greetings!! Needing a pull down rope for the home gym, making one was more fun than purchasing and it gets used quite frequently.
Supplies

What you will need:
- Tennis ball X2
- Rope
- Drill
Construction

- Drill holes in the top and bottom of the tennis balls.
- Cut the rope. (Length may vary and the tennis balls can be adjusted)
- Feed the rope through both holes of the tennis balls on either side of the rope.
- Tie a knot at the bottom of the rope to keep the tennis balls from falling off.
Final Product

Placing the pull down rope on the pull down bar, I am able to target the lats and the triceps effectively. Placing the hands above and against the tennis balls and pulling down with a heavy weight is more comfortable on the hands as the tennis balls provide a soft buffer from the knots on the rope.
There is more of a feel of the lats and triceps working versus the straight arm pull down and there is also a greater range of motion. Happy Lifting!
