Puffed Millet Chocolate Bar
Millet is one of the oldest and most nutritious grains. It's gluten free, rich in fibre and contains a whooping 12g protein per 100g. Puffed millet is mild in flavour, can be eaten straight out of the bag, as it's already cooked and provides a nice texture to desserts, granolas or salads.
This chocolate bar recipe can be made in 5 minutes and only calls for 4 ingredients. The end result is a crunchy, interesting-looking dessert with the added benefit of vitamins, fibre and extra protein.
