Protein Pancakes

Have you ever felt guilty after eating a hearty stack of flapjacks? By combining people's favorite breakfast treat and making it something that people who like to stay healthy, I´ve decided to make a protein pancake. Adding protein and making the pancakes with oat flour and bananas make it the ultimate healthy pancake. This tasty treat is perfect for anyone who is looking to stick to a diet, but also enjoy a great breakfast.
These pancakes are made out of 1/2 cup of oats, 1 banana, 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup egg whites and a teaspoon of vanilla extract all blended together and then put into the skillet to make the pancakes. They can be topped with your favorite fruits such as bananas, strawberries, or blueberries and served with honey or your choice of syrup.

Step 1: Gathering and Blending All Your Ingredients

Mix all of your ingredients in the blender and blend on medium for 1 minute.
Step 2: Put Your Mixture in the Skillet

Apply oil to your skillet and set the burner to medium heat. Cook for approximately 2 minutes on each side.
Step 3: Enjoy Your Protein Pancakes!
