Protein Breakfast Burrito
Today I will be introducing my favorite breakfast food which is high in protein and good for you breakfast burrito.
Supplies
Ingredients
-Three whole eggs
-two keto carb free tortious
-Cup of Greek yogurt
-Fat free mozzarella cheese
-Siracha hot sauce
First you want to scramble your eggs with your favorite seasoning and also some olive oil so it doesn't stick to the pan, after the eggs are scrambled you turn off the heat and put a lid on the pan with cheese on top.
Prepping
You want to get the tortillas and spread the Greek yogurt, and siracha on top and then get the egg and cheese and put it on top
And finally you enjoy your high protein burritos with your family or by your self.
