Welcome to this tutorial on how to create sinusoidal shapes using a CNC machine. This project was created to provide a creative solution for protecting delicate items with customized designs. Supplies

Preparation of Sinusoidal Design

Open microsoft paint windows program or another graphic program and create sinusoidal design like this.

CNC Machine Setup

Open the costycnc.it/cm8 program and start by downloading the image. If you don't want to create an image, you can download the one I used in this video from above.


Polystyrene Cutting

After connecting the machine, when you click one of the buttons marked with a red arrow, the machine begins to cut! After first cut is finished rotate sheet at 90 degredees and cut again!
