Soil moisture is basically the water content in the soil. It can be measured using a soil moisture sensor, which is a device designed to measure the amount of moisture present in the soil. The main objective of this sensor is to measure and monitor the water content in the soil. It consists of two conductive probes that act as probes. It can measure the moisture content in the soil based on the change in resistance between two conductive plates. These sensors are very important for various applications, especially in agricultural and environmental monitoring.

DEPLOYING THE CIRCUIT OF SOIL MOISTURE SENSOR

Prepare the Housing for the Circuit of Soil Moisture Sensor

1. Place the Circuit and Powerbank

Put the circuit and powerbank inside the rectangular plastic container. Ensure that they fit comfortably within the available space.

2. Create an Opening for the Sensor

Make a small hole in the plastic container. This hole is necessary for the sensor to extend out of the container, allowing it to interact with the surrounding environment.

3. Secure the Opening with Hot Glue

After extracting the sensor through the hole, use a hot glue gun to seal and close the opening. Apply hot glue around the edges of the hole to ensure it's properly sealed. This step is crucial for maintaining the container's integrity and protecting the components inside.

Deploying the Circuit of Soil Moisture Sensor

1. Prepare the Rectangle Container

  - Take the rectangular plastic container containing the circuit and power bank.

  - Use binding cloth tape to wrap around the container. This step adds a layer of protection, making it resistant to rainwater and other environmental elements. Ensure the container is fully covered with the tape.

2. Prepare the PVC Pipe

  - Take a PVC pipe with a diameter suitable for the project.

  - Measure and mark the top part of the pipe, then proceed to cut it into four equal parts. This creates four sections at the top of the pipe.

3. Fold the Cut Sections

  - After cutting, fold each of the four sections outward. This folding process is essential for the next step and ensures a secure attachment to the container.

4. Position the Container

  - Place the rectangle container on the folded part of the pipe.

5. Secure with Cable Ties

  - Use cable ties to fasten the folded sections of the PVC pipe around the container. Tighten the cable ties securely to create a stable connection.

  - Make sure the container is snugly fit within the folded sections of the pipe.

6. Final Check

  - Ensure the container is well-protected by the cloth tape.

  - Ensure the PVC pipe is securely fastened with cable ties, providing stability and protection against external factors.
