Today, I’ll be teaching you how to make probiotic water! This water can help stomach aches, cramps, and even stress! It is very easy to make, so let’s get into it!
Supplies
You will need:
1. Cold or hot water
2. A spoon or butter knife
3. A probiotic
Open Probiotic

Open the probiotic above the water. Do not put the shell into the water.
Stir

Stir around the powder until completely Dissolved, then enjoy!
