Printable Scheduler for the Scribblers
I’ve always loved writing things down, whether it's in a journal, notebook, planner, or scheduler. That’s why I’m excited to share one of my favorite long-term companions: a printable scheduler. While I find Google and Teams calendars useful, there's something uniquely motivating about creating my own paper schedule at the start of each week. It gives me that personal push to stick to my plans. I hope others on Instructables share this passion for writing, so here’s a step-by-step guide to making your own scheduler.
Supplies
Open an Excel file and set the margin to "Narrow."
Adjust the column width to 7 and the row height to 25.2.
Enter the days and times in the cells, and add borders to give it a look similar to the Teams calendar.
You can start the week on any day you prefer—I've chosen Monday as a personal preference.
With these dimensions, you can fit two weeks on a single page.
Customize it as much as you'd like, then save it as a PDF for easy portability.
Double-check to make sure everything fits neatly on one page without spilling over, and adjust as needed.

Print out your schedule and enjoy!
Trim the edges of the scheduler and start filling in your tasks. Use any colors you like to make it visually appealing. I’ve included an example to help you get started. Personally, I prefer colored pencils, as they make it easier to write over with a fountain pen. Now, place your schedule somewhere visible and stick to it!
