Pretzel Dogs on a Stick

This is how to make Pretzel Dogs. It's very simple, and takes very few ingredients.

First, you have to make the dough.
Combine a pack of quick rising yeast, 2 Tbs of brown sugar, and a teaspoon of salt in a bowl of 1 1/2 cups of warm water. Add the water mixture to three cups of white flour, in a bowl, and combine it. then knead the dough for about 5 minutes. put the dough in a greased bowl, and let it rise.
Finished Rising..

It will rise for about an hour. Then you'll need to get out your hot dogs!
Preparing the Hot Dogs

be sure to dry off the nasty juice from the hot dogs. The pretzel dough won't stick unless the hot dogs are dry.
Roll Them Up

Then stretch out pieces of the dough and wrap the hot dogs.
Bake

then dip each hot dog roll in a bowl of water and baking soda. Then bake them in a 450 degree oven for ten minutes. You can put the stick in now, or when their done.

Ooh, look what you made! Dip them in ketchup, or even better, cheese sauce. And thats it! Super simple, and very yummy. :)
