Start by screwing a nut onto the rod, inserting metal blades (ensuring they don't touch), and then tightening the next nut.

Use around 150 blades for this assembly. Drill two holes in the lid and repeat the process with the second rod.

Ensure uniform gaps between blades to avoid short circuits, and check reliability with a tester.

  1. Connect the blue high-pressure tube to the generator and the submerged tube in the water barrier.
  2. Attach the outlet from the barrier to the burner tube. Use an air-cooled power supply (6-12 V and at least 4 A).

Add sodium hydroxide (NaOH) to the water to increase electrolyte conductivity. This helps speed up electrolysis, enabling faster hydrogen generation.
