Power-car : Diy Power Bank

Hello Diy lovers...!!!!

Today we are going to make a power bank by recycling lithium battery (old cellphone battery) and toy car case

Requirements

Go and collect the following items

  • Lithium ion battery (from old cellphone)
  • Toy car or any box for casing
  • DC-DC Boost Module (0.9V ~ 5V) USB Booster Circuit Board ( Ebay )
  • TP4056 1A Li-ion lithium Battery Charging Module ( Ebay )
  • Necessary stuff like glue, soldering rod etc

  • First of all open the car, remove the circuits and cut the battery holder, so that we can get some space for our circuits.
  • Make holes for the charging ports and glue the circuit boards as shown in figure
  • Make the circuit connections as shown in the figure
  • Here i am using switch of the car to power on/off power bank
  • Screw the car casing

That's enough, now our Power-car is ready to do its work

This Power-car can be used to power Smart mobiles and other Diy projects
