PowerBank With Lipo Battery's From a Old Ipad 3
I used a the lipo battery from a old ipad 3. Separate the accu's. I used a smale BMS Board to connect al the 3 accu's. The wires are froms a old power supply.
Connect this as displayed on the shema in this video. see also the steps below
And you have nice lipo charger for running your parpberry pi.
The out put wil be arround 12.6 volt
The pi and lcd driver bord in mij mini laptop works by 5 volt and 4 amp.
On the out put we connect a Step Down Converter Module Backward Inverter Highly Efficient 3.2-46V to 1.25-35V Adjustable Power Supply Downward Module.
Om amazone is cheap an you get mostly 3 5 or 10 peaces, easy for nect projects.
The PCB BMS are very cheap and have a Mobile Module Overload Overcurrent Short Circuit Protection.

If you have an old iPad you can remove the batteries and cut them loose. Now you have 3 battery packs.
Make a seal with electronic tape
Attach the battery as shown in the diagram, be careful not to make any mistakes with the plus and minus.
I used for the wires from a old power supply
The out pute you can connect to the step a down converter.
Step down converter is needed to adjust the out put voltages nice 5 volt output to connect your pi
Once everything is put together we can test it. I use a USB tester from the retoo brand.
Now your power bank is ready and you can, for example, let your Pi run for a long time.
I made this for my next project:
Mini laptop with Ubunto and kms Linux
