Pouch Made Out of a Towel!!!
Hello!!!! This is my first instructable!!! In this post, I will tell you how I made this super cute and amazing pouch using a towel and a few simple things listed below...
Supplies
- A towel (any colour)
- A sewing kit
- Velcro (I cut some off an old cricket cap)
- Another extra piece of fabric to sew on top (I cut a cute unicorn out of an old t-shirt)
- Scissors
Cutting the Towel
Cut a rectangular piece of the towel using scissors.
Sewing
Sew the edges of the towel together so that it ends up like a pouch.
Velcro Time!!!
Sew on some velcro onto the top insides of the pouch. If you don't want to sew them you can also hot glue them but I find that sewing works better as it is way more secure.
Extra Fabric Image!
I cut out a unicorn from an old t-shirt and sewed it on but you could use a patterned fabric or any other fabric you want. You could also cut something out of a t-shirt as I did. The unicorn I cut out was a pocket so I use that to keep little things like erasers and sharpeners. If you want a pocket too, you could always just cut out the pockets of jeans or other clothing items or fabric. This step is optional but I think it looks way better.
DONE!!!!
YAY!!! You're done!!! You can use this for whatever you want. Eg: Pencil case, or if its bigger, a book sleve etc.
I hope you like it!!!
