Potato Paneer Cheese Balls
- Potato paneer cheese balls is a Mouth watering snack.
- Smashed potato mixed with Paneer,Spices and Cheese filling just melts in mouth.
- These Lip smacking balls with outer crispy layer and inner cheese are loved by your kids.
- These can be served as a snack with some sauce.
Supplies
Ingredients:
- Boiled and Smashed 3 Potatoes
- One Grated Carrot
- Two Green chillies
- Three Tbsp Corn Flour
- All Purpose Flour
- Grated Paneer
- Chopped Cheese Cubes
- One Tbsp Coriander Powder
- One Tsp Garam Masala Powder
- Coriander Leaves
- Oregano
- Pepper Powder
- One Tea spoon Chat Masala
- Salt as per taste
- One cup of Bread Crumbs
Add Ingredients to Boiled and Smashed Potato
- Boil and smash three Potatoes.
- Add one grated carrot and 2 chopped green chillies to smashed potato
Add Spices
- Add One tablespoon Coriander powder, One teaspoon Garam masala powder, Oregano and Pepper powder and One teaspoon Chat masala.
Add Paneer
-Next add Coriander leaves and Grated Paneer.
Add Corn Flour
- Add 3 Tbsp Corn flour and Salt as per taste.
Make a Dough
-After adding all Ingredients, Mix everything and make a dough.
Preparing Cheese Balls
- Now take small portion of the dough and form a small ball.
- Flatten the dough with your palm.
- Place small Cheese cube in the center of the flattened dough and again reform ball by bringing edges together
Prepare All Purpose Flour Paste
- Take All purpose flour in a bowl. Add little water to make a paste.
Dip Cheese Balls in All Purpose Flour Paste
- Dip the Cheese balls in All purpose flour paste
Coat With Bread Crumbs
- Coat the balls with bread crumbs
Fry in Oil
- Finally fry the balls in oil until they turn brown in colour.
Serve
-Serve Cheese balls with tomato sauce.
