Portable Fan

This fan is very simple and can be used anywhere, and doesn't require a lot of complicated tools.

The Materials

For tis project you will need...

A pencil

A saw

A piece of plywood

A computer fan

1 black wire

1 red wire

A ruler

1 rechargeable seven volt battery

The Base

First cut a piece of plywood equal to the size of the small bottom side of the fan, and glue it onto the bottom.

The Walls

Next cut a piece of wood equal in length to the base and 2 1/2 inches tall, and glue it onto the base like in the picture. Next do the same to the other side.

More Wall

After that, cut out a piece equal to the height of the walls, but the length of one of the empty sides and glue it on.

The Bottom

Next, cut a piece equal in size to the base, and glue it onto the bottom.

Wiring It

Finally, plug the back and red wires into the positive and negative side of the battery. Next plug the other sides of the wires into the black and red ports of the fan cable, and stuff the cables into the stand.
