PORK & THYME WONTONS WITH CHILE SAUCE

1 LB Ground pork
1 Tablespoon Garlic (garlic powder also works)
1 Tablespoon Onion (onion powder also works)
1/4 Cup green onions
Salt & pepper to taste
20 Wonton wrappers
1 Small jar Chile Garlic Sauce

Start by boiling a small pot of water.
Mix together ground pork, garlic, onions, green onions and season with salt and pepper. Place a small dollop or pork mixture in the center of the wonton wrappers and seal all edges together with water.

Once the water is boiling carefully put the wontons in and boil for about 5-8 minutes or until they are floating and fully boiling for a minute. Once done, take the wontons out with a slotted spoon and place in a bowl and toss 8 wontons with 1 teaspoon of chile garlic sauce. Garnish with more green onions and enjoy!

The wontons can be made ahead of time and be frozen. Take out of the freezer and boil when hungry!
