Pork Stuffed Bramley Apples

Cook the Onion

Heat a oil in a pan and add one chopped brown onion

Cook the Sausage Meat

Add 270g of sausage meat to the pan and cook through

Add the Herbs and Spices

Add:

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of sage

salt and pepper

Cook through with the meat, then set aside.

Prepare and the Apples

Set the oven at 200 degrees centigrade, 180 for a fan oven.

Slice the top off the apples and remove the core.

Add the Pork Mixture to the Apples

Add a beaten egg to the pork mixture and fill the apples, replacing the top of the apples to make a 'lid'.

Wrap the Apples in Foil and Bake

Wrap each apple individually from top to bottom. Bake for 20 minutes.

Serve
