You should take the next ingredients:

  1. Pork(2 kg)
  2. Bulb onion(100gr)
  3. Salt(10gr)
  4. Black and chili pepper (if you want)
  5. Apple vinegar (6%)(20gr)
  6. Olive oil (30gr)

Get ready products: cut off the skin of the pork, cut it into dices. Chop the onion. Next, put meat and onion into pot. Add salt, pepper, apple vinegar and mix it. Flavor oil and mix it again. Leave the mixture for 2 hours in a cool place.

Prepare the dry stick, put them all together.

Make the fire.

Put the pieces of meat closer to one another.

Put the metal sticks with meat on the frame.

Roast meat, inverting metal sticks till it has a nice cover.

Put the meat out of the frame.

Actually, you can eat it just from the sticks ( it’s much testier, indeed).
