Get a Pork loin ( I found one that was Pre-Marinated in Bourbon and Maple Syrup!!! Holy Crap!!!!!)

Lay several slices of Bacon beneath it.

Then I'll do a sort of Foldy-Braid around the Pork Loin.

Set it on a rack so the Bacon Grease drips off (to save for other cooking explorations :)

Set and Go!

Bake that tasty thing for 30-40 minutes at 375 degrees

* Make sure it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees!

Then slice that bad boy up and enjoy!!!!

Goes great with a nice Bacon Risotto :)
