Fold Again "hotdog" Style for Added Strength

Use Scissors to Cut a Small Slit in Felt

- Cut a slit on the left and right side of felt
- Be careful not to cut too much
- Do not cut too close to the edge
Slip 1 End of Rubber Band Through the Slit in Felt

Tie the Rubber Band in a Knot and Trim Excess

Poke the Tapered Rubber Band End Through Hole in Body

Tie Rubber Band in a Knot and Trim Excess With Scissors
