Use Scissors to Cut a Small Slit in Felt
- Cut a slit on the left and right side of felt
- Be careful not to cut too much
- Do not cut too close to the edge
Slip 1 End of Rubber Band Through the Slit in Felt
Tie the Rubber Band in a Knot and Trim Excess
Use Scissors to Cut a Sharp Angle on the Other End of Rubber Band
Poke the Tapered Rubber Band End Through Hole in Body
Tie Rubber Band in a Knot and Trim Excess With Scissors
- Repeat steps 6-11 to other side
Pull Sling Back and Ensure All Knots Are Secure
