You Will Need:

Hammer

Wood glue

Superglue

Nails

Screws

Screwdriver

Hand drill

Ruler

Sandpaper

Magnet

Piece of metal

Light bulb E14 + cord

Filament for 3d printer ( I used white PLA 1.75 mm)

Poplar plywood panels 300x600 mm

Thickness should be:

2 planes 12 mm

1 plane 4 mm

White acrylic sheet (30% light transmission, satin finish)) 400x700mm

Thickness should be 3 mm

Lasercutter
3d-printer

Sander (or use sandpaper)

Lasercut these files on the 12 mm wooden panels.

Lasercut this file on the 4 mm wooden panels.

Print these files with your 3D printer.

Also glue in the magnet and piece of metal.

Glue the wooden frames together.

Important note!!

There are two frames sized 250 mm.

Only glue one of them!

The other one will serve as a lid later.

Closure

Drill holes for the screws on the inside of the 250mm frames.

Attach the 3D printed closure parts with the screws.

Hinges

Using the nails, attach the hinges to the the opposite side of the frames.

Glue Again

Glue the bottom and lid on.

Drive a screw into the lidframe.

Place the plexiglass sheet into the lid.

The closure and screw will hold it in place.

Insert the light bulb socket trought the hole, then insert light bulb.

Finish!

Turn on the lights and voilĂ !
