Plasma Ray in a Jar at Very Low Pressure.
As soon as I drecrease the pressure in a vacuum chamber (jam jar) the sparks begin to flow from the two electrodes. The electrodes are two nails and the electricity comes from two 9 volts batteries pulsated with a relay to a car ignition coil. When I stop the vacuum pump, the pressure rises again and the arcing stops.
