Pizzabox Cyclorama - the Poor Man's Studio
Clicking awesome photographers is wat every maker wants, especially for their product.
The best to click awesome photos are using a cyclorama. So what is a cyclorama?
A cyclorama is a large curtain or wall, often concave, positioned at the back of the apse. It was popularized in the German theater of the 19th century and continues in common usage today in theaters throughout the world. As the name implies, it often encircles or partially encloses the stage to form a background.
An infinity cyclorama (found particularly in television and in film stills studios) is a cyc which curves smoothly at the bottom to meet the studio floor, so that with careful lighting and the corner-less joint, the illusion that the studio floor continues to infinity can be achieved. Cycloramas or "cycs" also refer to photography curving backdrops which are white to create no background, or green screen to create a masking backdrop.

In this Instructable we will make a cyclorama out of a pizza box and some leftover. Basically previously I used to take photos by taking the whole chart paper and arrange it to take photos.
These would take much time, I needed a way so that I can easily setup to take photos quickly and efficiently. I took time searched a lot then my eyes went across the left over pizza boxes. Thought why don’t I make a cyclorama in a pizza box.
So I would easily carry it anywhere, also I can be folded back whenever not in use. So I created “The poor man’s cyclorama.”
Ingredients
1. Pizza box
2. chart paper
3. Xacto Knife
4. Ruler
5. Double sided tape
6. Scissors
Get to Know Your Box
Basically
every pizza box are different in dimension I used a medium size pizza box,
ok so here is something you need to measure ,
you need to take out the ruler and measure the bread of the pizza box,
this would be the breadth of the chart paper which we will cut out from the chart paper roll.
Also take the length of the pizza box and cut of double the length from the chart paper roll.
Cut the Chart Paper
if
l= length of the pizza box
B= breadth of the pizza box
Then chart paper need to cut is
2l x b
With a pencil draw the margin on the the chart paper and cut the paper using the Xacto knife. In case you don’t have a have a xacto knife you can also use scissors of the job.
Be careful not to make any fold , also try to avoid any dirt on the paper. This can be problematic later in the time of taking photographs.
Putting the Paper on to the Box
Use some double sided tape to stick the paper.
The paper should be such that in can easily fold while closing the pizza box.
Use as much as you can apply double sided tape.
To make the best cyclorama you need it to have the concave edge at the 90 degree. The more concave the better.
After the chart paper is attached, cut the edges so that if your pizza box is like mine not perfect square.
