Pizza Nachos | Quick Dinner or Snack

Hello again! This week I decided to use up more of the leftover pizza toppings, sauce, and cheese and make pizza nachos! The original method of cooking nachos with a little bit of ingredients on each chip came from Alton Brown, so props to him.
Watch the Video!

I made a quick video showing you a step by step of how everything comes together.
Gather the Ingredients

First things first, preheat your oven to broil and position a rack just above the middle of your oven.
The ingredient list is very simple, and you can easily add your favorite pizza toppings to this dish.
- Large tortilla chips
- Pizza Sauce (homemade or from a jar)
- Cheese (I am using a blend of 4 cheeses, which is my favorite for pizza)
- pepperoni
- red onions
Lay Out the Chips and Decorate

Lay out a single layer of chips on a half sheet pan or cookie sheet.
Put about a half teaspoon of sauce on each chip, followed by a single pepperoni on each, followed by red onions, and finally the cheese.
Bake and Plate

Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for about 1 minute. Keep a close eye on the chips and pull them out before anything burns.
Use a spatula to scoop up the chips onto a plate. Sprinkle more cheese on top of everything and serve to a happy audience or devour it yourself.
