First let's preheat the oven to 350 F (176 C). Now in a medium sized bowl add in the melted butter, olive oil, Italian spices, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese. Then using a whisk or fork blend those ingredients together until combined.

Cheese and Pepperoni

Now let's add in our grated cheese and our chopped up pepperoni. You could leave the pepperoni whole if you like but I liked cutting mine up into smaller pieces. Also at this time if you have any additional toppings you would like to add do it now and blend them all together.

Pop Goes the Biscuits

Next take your biscuit containers and open them up. I always get startled when they pop open in my hands because you never know when it is going to happen, lol. You can also use a homemade biscuit dough or of course you can use homemade pizza dough. Cut the pre-made biscuits into 4ths. Next place them all into a large bowl. Sometimes the dough pieces will stick together when you put them in the large bowl. You could not worry about it, or add a bit of flour to each piece so they don't stick together.

Mix Mix Mix

Next pour the toppings onto the biscuits and mix them all together, so the biscuit dough balls get coated with the toppings.

Place and Bake

Now we place the coated dough balls into the greased bundt cake pan. An alternative method would be to skip the previous step and just layer the dough balls on the bottom of the bundt cake pan, then add toppings, then more dough, then more toppings, etc. Now bake the pizza monkey bread in the oven 350 F (176 C) for 35 to 45 minutes. Check them after 20 minutes if the top of the dough is getting too brown cover it with foil for the rest of the baking time. They should look nice and golden brown on top. Let it cool for a few minutes before taking it out of the pan and serving it.

Serve It Up!

Now serve it with some marinara sauce or maybe you want to use ranch dressing or some other dipping sauce. Enjoy!! :)
