Pizza Capriccosa
How to make a good pizza.
Pizza Dough
- 250 g (9 oz) flour
- 15 g (0.5 oz) yeast
- 1/2 tea spoon of sugar
- 1/2 tea spoon of salt
- 1/2 dl olive oil
- water
Put the flour into the bowl, stir yeast in warm water. Wait about 10 minutes for the yeast grows and mix with flour.
Add sugar, salt and olive oil and knead the dough for about 15 minutes. After that leave the dough on warm place and wait to grow (not more than half an hour).
Assembling the Pizza
Capricciosa ingredients are:
- 1/2 dl tomato paste
- 50 g (1.7 oz) ham
- 50 g (1.7 oz) mushrooms
- 50 g (1.7 oz) cheese
- 5 olives
- oregano spice
Stretch the dough on the baking plate, and prepare ingredients. Put the tomato paste evenly on the dough.
Arrange ham, mushrooms and grate cheese. On the top of the pizza put some olives and oregano spice.
Baking the Pizza
Turn on the oven on 220°C (425°F) and let it warm. Put the pizza in the hot oven and bake for about 10 minutes. You can serve finished pizza with beer or juice.
