Pisang Goreng Chili

Would you like to have spicy fried bananas for breakfast or tea time?

Here's the recipe and how to do it.

Ingredients

A few bananas

100g of rice flour

150g of unbleached wheat flour

A pinch of pink salt to taste

A pinch of turmeric powder for coloring

A glass of lukewarm water

Chili flakes

Cooking oil

The Making

I put the rice flour, wheat flour, turmeric powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Then, I poured the water little by little while I mixed the mixture.

Meanwhile, I preheat the oil until it's started to smoke.

I cut the bananas in two, and peeled the skin. I took the bananas' flesh, and put into the mixing bowl. I stir it well so that the bananas were fully coated with mixture.

The oil is already hot, so I gently put the bananas for frying. Then I flipped the bananas so that its cook thoroughly.

When its golden colored, I took its out, and put it on a tissue paper to absorb the excess oil.

I sprinkled some chili flakes on top of the fried bananas. Now, we can eat it.
