This is my very first Instructable, hope you'll give it a try!

Here's an easy yet healthy dessert or snack recipe that I make with packaged, pantry ingredients. Bonus, no cooking or mixer required!

Ingredients:

2 cups plain, non-fat yogurt

1 box sugar free vanilla pudding mix

1 can crushed pineapple with juice

maraschino cherries, for garnish

You'll notice that I'm using all store brand ingredients. Laura Lynn is the store brand at Ingles Markets, a grocery chain in the southeastern United States. I'm always developing new recipes, so I pretty much hit Ingles every day! I always buy Ingles store brand if available. Laura Lynn products are good quality, less expensive and most likely made in the same factories as all the name brand ones that cost more money!! You're welcome for that McFrugal tip!

Equipment:

Mixing bowl

2 cup measuring cup (don't have one? Use a one cup measuring cup)

Silicone spatula

Can opener

Measure the Yogurt

Measure 2 cups of yogurt and put it in the mixing bowl.

Mix in the Pudding

Open the package of pudding mix and pour it on top of the yogurt in the mixing bowl.

Open the Can of Pineapple

Open the can of pineapple. I'm a fan of this hand crank can opener. I've had it for years and it still works great.

Pour Pineapple Into Mixing Bowl

Pour the can of pineapple with the juice into the mixing bowl. Use the spatula to get any pineapple that may be clinging on to the inside of the can, you want it all!

Stir to Combine

Now, its time to stir. No mixer required, grab that same spatula you used to get the yogurt out of the container and stir until your fluff is well combined.

Serve With a Cherry on Top

Pick a pretty bowl and dish yourself up a nice serving of Pineapple Yogurt Fluff.

Don't forget to garnish with a cherry on top!
