Pimp My Petzl!

Being a fan of the EDC-concept I recently thought about how to carry my Petzl headlamp in a comfortable and compact way.

Now I want to share my idea and i hope you like it!

What You Need:

step1.jpg
- Petzl (or similar) Headlamp
- spare batteries
- small Ziploc-bag
- small snap-hook or carabiner
- hair tie, elastic or similar rubber strap

Step 2 - Additional Energy

Step2.jpg
Insert the spare batteries into the ziploc.
if you don't have a small enough ziploc, try cling film and duct tape...

Step 3 - Energy Storage

You can now easily attach the Battery pack to the back of the headlamp, securing it with the headstrap.

You can even wear the headlamp with the batteries attached!

Now attach the snap hook to the adjusting compartment of the headband.

Add the hair tie or rubber band to the carabiner and coil the headband around the lamp.

With the rubber tie you can now secure the headband to the lamp, creating a compact and pocketsized illumination item.
