Pie Cupcakes!

These are my pie-cakes (pie cupcakes)! They are box made cupcakes with buttercream frosting, frosted to look like pie! I made 2 pumpkin pies, 1 apple, 1 cherry, and one blueberry. the cake part of them is just chocolate and vanilla

1 box of chocolate cake mix
1 box of vanilla cake mix
food dye
buttercream icing
a bit of milk chocolate icing (used for coloring)
muffin pan
a whisk
oven
piping bags

to make the pumpkin pie cupcakes you need to frost a circle in the middle if the cupcake with the orangey pumpkin color (make sure there is a good amount of room on the sides). next you take your crust color and create dots along the edge of the circle to form the crimp on the crust. it should look like a pumpkin pie right now but if desired you can add a bit of cream colored frosting in the top to look like whipped cream.

to make the Apple Pie you need 3 colors. I chose a creamy white, orange brown, and light brown. start with any color and put dots on the cupcake make sure there is space for the crust and the other colors. repeat with the other two colors. next take the crust color from the pumpkin pie and create the crimped crust like the other pie. to make it look like apple use the same color to create lattice on the pie. and done! you have an apple pie

to make the blueberry pie it is very simple. make a circle in the center with blue frosting and repeat the crust edge and like the others and repeat the lattice like the apple and there you have it a blueberry pie cupcake.

to make the cherry just repeat the steps to the blueberry but instead use red for the filling.

And there you have it! Hope's piecakes (pie cupcakes). Sorry if the tools and instructions were bad, I made these at school and couldn't remember what I did 😅. But they do taste good 😌. Don't recommend leaving them in the fridge though, they get kinda sticky. Anyways it would be amazing to win but id be happy knowing I entered my work in something for once because everybody bugs me about it 😂.
