Pi Network Blueberry Pie

Very simple and easy blueberry pie from puff pastry decorated with 3D printed cake molds.

Supplies

Puff pastery: 3 pieces

Blueberries: 200-250g

Sugar: 2 table spoons

Oil: 1 table spoon

Egg yolk for coating

Pastry

Roll out one piece of puff pastry and Place oil lubricated baking paper in a dish. Shape the pastry according to the dish.

Place the pastry in the dish and make the same shape of another piece of pastry for the top part of the pie.

Fill

Put one piece of pastry in the dish and fill it with blueberries and sugar.

Put another piece of pastry above and carefully close the gaps.

Coat the pie with egg yolk (so the decorations stick better).

Decoration

Roll out the third piece of pastry and use it to cut out the decorations (these are 3D printed).

Glue the decorations to the pie.

Baking

Bake the pie in the oven preheated to 250 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
