Place the piece of wood in the lathe (if you're a begineer with this tool please do it with a professional) and use a flat chisel for the low relief

The back holder was made with a steel sheet and a steel pipe welded on the inside of the diameter.

Can be made with a 3D printer

The front holder was made on CNC Acrilyc Cut being just a plate

Again, can be made with a 3D printer
