Personal Sized Egg-free Cookie Dough by Olivia Throgmorton

Have you ever wanted to eat the cookie dough sitting on the counter your mom has just made, but she tells you no because it has raw eggs in it? Well here is a quick recipe for egg-free cookie dough!

Supplies

  • 2 Small Mixing Bowls
  • Spatula
  • Mixer or whisk
  • Measuring spoons
  • 1 TBS of white sugar
  • 1 TBS brown sugar
  • 1 to 1 1/2 TBS Soften Butter (room temperature)
  • 2 TBS of Chocolate Chips (Mini Semi-Sweet Chips work best)
  • 1 TBS of water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of table salt
  • 4 TBS of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Gather Supplies

  1. Grab the mixing bowl and spatula.
  2. Set out a mixer or whisk.
  3. Set out all the supplies.

Wet Ingredients

  1. In the bowl add the water, vanilla, and butter.
  2. With the mixer beat together the ingredients.

Dry Ingredients

  1. In the other bowl add together the two sugars.
  2. Add the sugar mixture to the wet ingredients; mix well.
  3. With the dry bowl empty now add the flour and salt; mix until salt is not seen.
  4. Slowly add the flour mixture bit by bit to the sugar and wet mixture.
  5. Mix batter until fluffy and thick; it should be a pale brown color.

Chocolate Chips

  1. Add chocolate chips and use the spatula to fold them in.
  2. Grab a fork and enjoy!!!
