Perfect Fondant Flowers

To make a similar cake like this you will need approximately 80 fondant flowers of different sizes.

Supplies and Tools

- White fondant
- food coloring (I prefer fluid one)
- sugar pearls 2mm
- food glue

- flower cutters
- something to dry your flowers in

Colour fondant. Start with less colour. roll out fontant 0.5 mm thick. After cutting a bunch of flowers of different sizes and shapes add some food colouring and repeat prozess several times to get different shades of the same colour.

Repeat with a matching colour.

Coloring Fondant

Put bigger flowers in your drying container. Add some food glue with a brush. Add smaller flower of a different but matching colour. Glue a sugar pearl to it.

If you make bigger flowers you can make more flower layers.

Let dry (depends on fondant how long)
