I know it’s time to pick the right cheese let’s talk about cheese

When you pick your cheese being sure you pick four different kind of cheeses for a perfect balance board

You need to pick 1 each
soft cheese
Mozzarella, ricotta, feta, goat, brie
semi soft cheese
Monterrey jack, muenster, gouda, camembert,
hard cheese
Parmesano, asiago, manchego, emmental
semi hard cheese
Cheddar, gruyere, provolone, gruyere, colby

Exist million types of cheeses it's just I save you most popular to give you your examples but you mix and match your perfect word pick one of this for different kind od cheeses



No we’re going to talk about one of the most important in our charcuterie board, the meat.
Okay this you can pick two or three different kind of meats in your board can be prosciutto, serrano ham, Spanish chorizo, salami, pepperoni. Bacon
I love to made roses with the salami looks adorable is so easy to just take a glass or wine cup and start to put all over around 5 times and flip it up and you're going to have a beautiful rose.

Okay this is very important without this you don't have any texture or any crunch of your board so it's important and it works perfect for clean your mouth between flavors between sweets and sour and as it so it's perfect, you can use any kind of nuts and seats and dry fruits whatever you want to use works perfect but it's in a small amount of that cheeseboard ust touch here and there

Now it's time to create your board the right order you going to start at the beginning you going to start put your cheeses around the board to start your design and then you're at your proteins and if you going to use jams, honey or spreads you put the small plates between everything because you have to make a design it's not just put everything there, have to look with Harmony, add your crackers and bread, so after this you're going to start to put your fresh fruits or veggies and after that you're going to finish with dry fruits, seeds and nuts, and extras like chocolate and you can use out of a flowers for decoration, Rosemary or something green to finish your board.
