Pepperment No-bake Cookies

No-bake cookies are a big hit in my famliy. So for the holidays I wanted to try and make pepperment No-bake cookies.

Supplies

3 cups of oats

1/2 a cup of butter [ 1 stick ]

3 - 4 tbsp of coaco powder

2 cups of sugar

1/2 cup of milk

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp salt

3 - 4 mini candycanes


Large spoon

Medium sauce pan

Baking sheet

Parchment paper

Melting the Butter

Put the stick of butter in the pot on low heat until melted.

When the butter is melted, add coaco powder, sugar, milk, and stir. Lower the heat to simmer and bring to slight boil.

Crushing the Candycanes

While the coaco mixter is heating up, lay a sheet of parchmemt paper on the cookie sheet.

Put the candycanes in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush the candycanes or drop the bag on the floor

Mixing the Oats in With the Coaco Mixter

Once the coaco mixter is boiling, pour the oats, peanut butter, and the vanilla in with the coaco mixter and stir until everything is combined.

Remove from heat.

Cooling the Cookies

Place a large spoonful of cookie batter on the cookie sheet, about an inch apart for each cookie.

Put the cookies in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Yum! All done! Now you have some delicious holiday cookies to bring for a party or just for a snack!
